February Challenges

Happy Monday!!  First weekend of the month was a success!!
Dinner with great friends //
A nice long walk in the neighborhood and a bright pop of color//
Celebrating a friends birthday//
Open houses with dream closets//

It's February and this being the shortest month of the year - it's easier for me to attempt some challenges/goals! Not to mention, I am in my best friends wedding next month - lift, tone & burn for the wedding!!

There is a Pure Barre opening in my neighborhood and I signed up for the new client special. Classes start on Tuesday and I plan on taking as many as I can for the 5 week unlimited pass!
Goal of at least 3 classes per week

I also found this squat challenge and think it will be perfect for February…take out a few of the rest days and 28 days will be no problem!!
Days 1 & 2 were no joke!

Why all the additional goals on top of my usual workouts??? Well Gary decided to come home with these gems on Friday!
Thin Mints get me every time...

I'm really excited for this short work week - I'm headed to Florida for a quick trip on Thursday to see my family!! In desperate need of some Vitamin D!

  2. I just took my first Pure Barre class and I definitely want to go back -- you will feel the burn during AND after class!

  4. Yeah I'm so excited for your Pure Bare studio! I don't like girl scout cookies but those thin mints get me every time as well!. Wait open houses? ;-) My requirements for closets...are they big enough to sleep in? Okay then they will pass!

  8. That closet looked amazing...I'm pretty sure you could put a bed in it and call it a guest room! Lol I might try to do the squat challenge with you, I'm in need of some working out. Thanks so much for grabbing my button, ill do the same today when I get on my computer instead of my phone. :-)

  11. Oh no! Thin mints are delicious, but counter productive ;) lol
That's my problem right now - my favorite candy came out for Easter and I am in the process of toning up for a wedding I am MOH for in May!

  20. Loving that yellow door...might need that on my list as we house hunt!! And the squat challenge is finally easier. I'm thinking the TRX class I did on Saturday killed me for the first two days, but it's finally manageable!!
