All Wrapped Up

You know the feeling of getting home from a long day and you jump right into your comfy clothes and you instantly feel so much better... please tell me I'm not the only one that does this?! Well that's also how I feel about wrap coats and jackets!! It's probably one of the only articles of clothing, aside from leggings, that are super comfortable to wear. Where other pieces fall short is in the chicness factor - wrap jackets just give you that completed and put together look and also a little Olivia Pope flair!

What I love most about this look is that by cinching the belt at the waist you create an even more feminine look! This is definitely not just a one season wear and throw away piece. Just like a classic trench, investing in a wrap coat can last you years and I personally don't think this will ever go out of style!

I'm not even sure I can pick a favorite but the Chicwish and Anthro ones are front runners for me!

How do you feel about wrap coats? What do you like to wear to stay warm in the in between weather?

  1. Oh my word! These are fabulous! I wish we would get some weather cold enough to actually use these! I'd love to have the Chichwish one hanging in my closet. :)

  6. Absolutely dying over that gray plaid one! LOVE it! And trust me, you aren't the only one. I immediately walk through the door and take off the work clothes and put the jammies on. It's literally the first thing I do when I get home from work LOL!

  8. Wrap coats are so ridiculously comfortable and stylish. I found a great one a few weeks back at TJMaxx, and I'm still kicking myself for not picking it up. I agree that it is an investment piece and will never go out of style!

  13. Pretty picks lady! I like # 1 and # 3 the best. An article of clothing that is longer, comfortable, and can be worn with leggings is fab in my book. :-) I hope that you are having a great day so far!

  14. oooh pretty. I have a big coat that looks a lot like #3 and #5, but I never thought of it as wrap around. It has this weird hood thing thats not quite a hood and its just so big and fabulous, and I get compliments every single time I wear it and I always have to say, sorry it's from Aus. lol. And it was only $10 (outlets yay). I was kinda going off it though, but now I can't wait to wear it again after seeing your inspiration pics!

At first glance, I thought for sure #2 was my favorite but then I scrolled back through and I absolutely can't decide! Thanks for letting me live vicariously through you girlfriend! ha!
