  1. These posts always make me want to get married (to my husband) again!! but in a different season! Why can't we all just have 4 weddings - one for every season?! haha Ok maybe that is crazy, but these fall ideas are just so darn cute!

  2. Fall is my favorite season and I love how you incorporated so many fun fall things into wedding design! The apple candles are so fun and I love the bobbing for apple candle thing! And the tree stumps with the candles... so pretty!!

  3. I had the exact same thought as Maggie, your posts make me want to re-marry my sweet hubby! I love the idea of a fall theme wedding :)

  4. I love all of these pictures! We were married in fall and passed on flowers in place of soft cotton details all over. I probably should have used a pumpkin or two!

  5. I love this post! Even though I didn't incorporate much traditional fall decor into my own wedding, I love attending ones that do. I'm sending this to my cousin who is getting married next October and is going for a rustic chic look - she will love these ideas!

  15. LOVE those colors, so pretty for fall. My wedding was at the beginning of September, so I stuck with the bright hues of summer [because we know how I feel about pink]. But, if I weren't a pinkaholic, I would have loved to use fall hues.

  16. My girlfriends and I were JUST talking about how October is the new June for weddings! It's like everyone has a fall wedding these days. I love the candle-in-apple idea because you'd probably get a nice scent, too!

  18. Fall weddings are SO beautiful and romantic! I would have loved to do one but the crazy temperamental Midwest weather scared me off! Although I should have gone with it since it was 55 degrees and cloudy on my July wedding day, ha!

  19. Those apple candles are such a clever idea! Friends of mine did pies instead of cake at their wedding a few years ago and it was such a huge hit. I never thought of pies in place of a cake before then, it's such a fun idea. I feel like if I ever had a wedding it would have to be in fall.

  34. Fall weddings are lovely. We originally wanted to have one, but due to guest list drama, we ended up eloping in December.
Although one person accused us of trying to get double presents (wedding + Christmas), which we were NOT, I liked it. I wore a nice white sweater and the same black pants I had on when my husband proposed.

  35. Love everything about this! Fall is without a doubt my favorite season, and I just love the rustic charm that it brings to a wedding. I was a summer bride but if I could do it all over again, I think I'd need to switch over to October because there is just too much autumnal goodness!

  50. I love fall weddings! One of my friends from college had an October wedding in Boston at the Hampshire House and I think it was the most gorgeous wedding we ever went to! All the tables were decorated in deep rich colors with pumpkins and gourds as centerpieces. And her bridesmaids wore beautiful teal gowns. It was so unique and elegant! Oh, and she took her pictures in the Public Garden too!

  55. This decor is just so cozy. I love the winter but there is something beautiful about a fall wedding. I got married at the end of September so I went with a deeper color palatte since we were just transitioning from the summer. I just love the feeling the fall gives and it is by far my favorite time for a wedding!

I am planning Thanksgiving for my friends in Australia this year so they can experience an American Thanksgiving and all of these would also work for a fall party or Thanksgiving Decor.
