(Just realized I left the "e" off of the potatoes...)
One of the last things I do is transfer our menu to the chalkboard that hangs inside one of our cabinets. This system really works well for Gary and I because if I'm running late, he can get started on dinner and we don't forget what we're making. It also helps if I need to defrost chicken or turkey the night before I wont forget!
Some people are fans, others aren't, but I love making this once a month for a hearty meal and enough for lunch the next day! I shared the recipe back in May of last year and it's still a go-to for us!
Everyone has their own way of making chili and this one of our favorite ways!! The avocado slices definitely add a little something to it!
This is so easy and the best part is that you can really pair it with any side!
