Happy Friday friends!! Made it through another work week & the bonus is this time next week I'll be enjoying some much warmer weather with Amanda in New Orleans, oh and cheering on our Gators!! I've had a pretty busy week and these are the things that have helped me get through it - some favorites below!
While I realize the song isn't really new anymore - it's new to me because I heard it for the first time going home from an event this week! Ellie can seriously do no wrong in my book - except for the video, I just don't get it!! But the song - I'm obsessed!!
This past Tuesday I was invited to taste the new Samuel Adams Oktoberfest Schnitzel burger at the Hard Rock Cafe Boston and was treated to some pretty amazing brews from Samuel Adams Brewery - including their Oktoberfest beer! It's a pretty brilliant pairing! While I'm not a beer drinker in the least - this was surprisingly good and I'm always happy to enjoy something that is local to Boston!
Yes we were given two full size burgers - needed to be rolled out!
Proceeds from the sale of PINKTOBER® merchandise benefit the cause with 75 percent of pin sales and 15 percent of T-shirts, scarf, bathrobe and sheet set sales going directly to breast cancer research efforts. I'll be sporting my t-shirt & pink Ellie Fund bracelet all month!
Favorite New E-Mail Addition
If you're like me then you're on your email constantly and probably corresponding with brands or potential people you'd like to work with for your blog or business. I wanted to have a more professional looking signature on my B~Loved Email and saw that a few bloggers who have pretty legit businesses had this one from WiseStamp. The one I chose is free and you can customize it pretty nicely adding in a lot of social media icons for people to easily follow you. It links seamlessly through your g-mail and you can turn it on or off as you wish. Sidenote- While I was testing it out I may have accidentally emailed some of you with it - but going forward it will be used for communications with brands and people that want to collaborate.
Favorite Find - Weekender Bags
I feel like I could dedicate an entire post to weekender bags alone because I love them so much yet don't actually have any, but I'm sort of stuck between a few! Similarly to a lot of you I'm sure, we take a lot of weekend trips to see family, friends & even just to get away and lugging a few bags or even worse an actual piece of luggage is not ideal - so I'm stuck between this Lo & Son's bag as well as this one from Sole Society. I love the ones that have a dedicated spot for shoes so that it doesn't take away room for clothes! I'm also a little obsessed with this Henri Bendel weekender! Side note - I was a pro at packing for weekends away in college since I went home so frequently but I have no clue what bag I used!
+ How to make Monday's not suck - maybe we should all read this again on Sunday night!
