Friday Favorites | Round Up

Happy Friday friends!! Another weekend is upon us and we’re headed out of the city and into the country this weekend! I’m looking forward to relaxing and doing a whole lot of nothing!! Maybe!! Sharing some favorites from the week and linking up with Amanda andApril

Favorite Recipe

I’ve been having a lot of luck with recipes lately and all of them have been delicious! Next up is this Tuscan Tomato Basil Soup – I’ve never made soup from scratch…well I did once but it was so watery I threw it all away! Here’s hoping this time is better!

Favorite Look

I’m deeply obsessed with this look over on Sequins & Things! I love the crisp brown colors and really love the hat!! Let’s see if I can recreate it!

Favorite Workout

I am the first to admit that my desire for gym workouts goes way down when the holiday’s roll around. I always turn to the Tone It Up girls who have such great workouts that don’t take too much time! I repeated this one twiceon Monday night when I just wasn’t in the mood for the gym and it was just what I needed to feel like I did something healthy for myself that day. Also great for the weekends when you’re travelling!

Favorite Find

I have a thing for lucite/acrylic things…I randomly stumbled upon these letters from Tory Burch and now I’m deciding on if I want a G&B or just a P for our last name! I know that HomeGoods sometimes carry these – so I’ll keep my eye out there as well! I also placed my order for theSephora VIB sale today and I can’t wait to share what I settled on!

Favorite Links

//Clare Bowen from Nashville shared a touching story on why she cut her hair – I cried!

//What were your thoughts on Whitney Ports wedding dress – I sort of love it on her!

//Ellen DeGeneres had the best reaction to the Starbucks cup fiasco

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! See you back here Monday for weekending!

Yum, that soup looks delicious and your links are so on point this week. Whitney has a fabulous wedding dress and I teared up when I first read Clare's post. What an incredible story and how wonderful the show let her tell it to those who needed to hear it most. I love the warm fuzzies. Happy Sephora Friday, friend ;)!

Yum!! That soup sounds delish! I actually made a homemade tomato soup this week (I don't know what I was thinking, trying out a new recipe with a toddler AND six week old. That was the night that James refuses to be put down, ha ha!) and it actually turned out and was delish!
Enjoy your weekend! The country sounds heavenly!
