Weekending by the numbers

Happy Halloween & happy Monday friends!! While we didn’t dress up this year we still had a really fun weekend and I for one am looking forward to kids coming around our place tonight so I can get rid of all the candy in my house, which just so happens to be candy I wouldn’t mind eating if we didn’t get as many trick or treaters…anyone else buy the candy that they like just in case. Decided to do a little weekending recap by the numbers!

via

1 & 2|| Number of deep cleans that took place and flower arrangements that survived the weekend, in that order!

2 || Number of new to us restaurants we tried out this weekend

This avocado and crab stick salad was melt in your mouth delicious

Sunday are made better with brunch…and mimosas!

9|| Games of Fibbage played with our friends. You download the game on your Apple TV or PlayStation and then each person goes to the website on their phone. The point of the game is to add a word or phrase into the category that could be perceived as the truth, but is really a lie and you try to trick the other players, all the while trying your best to pick the truth! After 9 rounds we were all hysterically laughing to the point of tears!

10 || Current ranking of the Gators after their win over Georgia this weekend! I’m going to be so sad when this filter goes away, but I’m willing to bet there will be one for Christmas!

15 || Items crossed off the to-do list including so many things posted on eBay!

1 || New recipe tested from the Cravings cook book.  Since our trip to Nashville and having the brussel sprouts at Cinema, I knew I wanted to try to recreate them and the recipe in Chrissy’s book was almost identical!

How was your weekend? Did you dress up? Link up below to share your weekends with us!! Hope you have a great start to the week!

It sounds like you had a great weekend! I like that you do this – its such a fun read. πŸ™‚ My hubs, baby and I dressed up like a rock band for a Halloween party and I created a lot of fun new recipes (that I'm actually sharing today on the blog). # of deeps cleans in my house…zero…my house is currently in a disaster state since this weekend was so busy. I figure thats what November 1 is for, hehe. I'm so envious that you got to try out two new restaurants this weekend – that's one of my favorite things to do! πŸ™‚
