Happy Monday friends! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was filled with tons of family time and a little bit of shopping- pretty perfect if you ask me!! I'm not sure how we got to the last day of July, but there's lots to look forward to and I wanted to share a little life update, mixed in with some of the recent things we've been getting up to!
Eating || I shared my favorite summer dinner recipes and those are currently in rotation along with anything fresh and light. I'm also snacking on these delicious sunflower crunchy bites from Whole Foods and some cherry vanilla soda that G was randomly craving - so I stole some!
Watching || We flew through Friends from College on Netflix a few weekends ago! It touches on some pretty serious life issues, but does so in such a funny and witty manner - you're unsure if you should laugh or cry, but it ends up being a combination of both!! We are also slowly making our way through VEEP on HBO - currently on season 4!
Reading ||  I've been having a hard time finishing books recently - nothing has been keeping my attention which is why I haven't done a "Recently Read" post in quite some time, but I did just finish The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo which was unlike any other Taylor Jenkins Reid book I've read! Full review coming soon!

Enjoying || We celebrated my sister's birthday this past weekend with an incredible dinner at The Bancroft. My mom and dad are in town and it's always nice when the whole family is together!
Wearing || My new slides! I scored these fun slides from Nordstrom Rack over the weekend and I've already worn them 3 times! They are definitely giving off those Gucci slide vibes and similar to the ones I shared in my designer dupes post
Listening || I'm trying to get into listening to pod casts on my morning commute and The Everygirl just profiled a few of their favorites. Thinking of either this one or this one. Do you have any that you like listening to?
via
Planning || Our trip to Iceland! Yep, Gary and I are going to Iceland in October with two other couples and we can't wait! Bring on the thermal springs and Icelandic horses!! I'm pretty excited for this adventure because we've never been anywhere remotely close in resemblance to Iceland!
Smelling || My sister found the most amazing perfume that doubles as an insect repellent, but it smells incredible! You can read about the founders on their website, but what I'm already loving about the fragrance is that Aromaflage is free of DEET, parabens and other chemicals. Oh and they were just featured on Oprah's favorite things - you know it has to be good!
Thinking || How jam packed September is going to be! We are coordinating 3 weddings which means all the work really kicks into high gear the month before - bring on the coffee & wedding timelines!! I seriously can't wait - it's so much fun!
Doing my best not to get overwhelmed and just enjoy the last little bits of summer since I know how short lived it is here in New England! How was your weekend? Link up below to share!
