Thanksgiving Weekend and Cyber Monday Sales

Happy Monday friends! Coming off a long weekend full of family time, lots of good food and the start of the holiday season is just the best way to start the week! We had one of the most productive weekends in a while and I just love having so much done to start the week! Here are a few snaps & some of my picks for cyber Monday!
Anyone else feel like a pre-feasting walk is necessary before Thanksgiving day meal?!
Sweater Dress (also comes in grey)
Thanksgiving at my sister-in-law's house! It was actually warm enough to comfortably enjoy the fire outside!
We were able to celebrate Gary's parents' 50th wedding anniversary and I just love this sweet photo of them cutting into their cake!
The halls have officially been decked in our house - I picked up these cute little dish towels from the dollar spot!
I was in desperate need of hair cut (it had been about 7 months) and after getting nearly 5 inches taken off I couldn't let fresh hair go to waste, so we went on a little date night!
Clearly we hadn't done enough eating for the last few days so we continued on with another mini feast at the newly opened Tuscan Kitchen in the Seaport.
The biggest accomplishment of the weekend - getting our holiday cards stuffed, sealed, addressed and in the mail this morning! We also managed to get 6 people crossed off our holiday list!
One thing we did a lot of this weekend was shopping! We managed to cross off 6 people off the list that are all done! Definitely took full advantage of the sales and here are some of my favorites from Cyber Monday & sale items I've already purchased.
  • If you're planning on traveling my luggage set is on sale - we've had it for 5 years and it's so durable! It's been all over and has held up incredibly well!
  • Took full advantage of the Echo Dot being on mega sale and snagged a few for some people on my list!
  • I've got my eyes on these OTK boots in Taupe and these from Cole Haan- I wear my black ones from last year so often that I really want a heeled version!
  • I have a serious love for all these graphic sweaters from Target, they are the comfiest and I scored a couple at $10 during black Friday.
  • Express is having 50% off & I have my eye on this little number for New Years Eve or this one
  • Snagged this little wallet for my mini bags & it's a perfect stocking stuffer - Under $20! Use code "SHOPFAST" for 40% off & then an extra 10% off until 12:00 PM on Monday online for J.Crew.
  • Ann Taylor is having 50% off EVERYTHING and Free Shipping! These velvet bow pumps are just perfect for the holidays!
  • BaubleBar (CYBER35) has the perfect gift sets that are ready to be put under the tree!
Are you more of a black Friday or cyber Monday shopper?! Did you manage to get a lot of your shopping done? Hope you all have a great start to the week!

  27. I'm so glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving weekend, girlie, and a very Happy Anniversary to your in-laws; that's indeed such a cute photo of them cutting into their cake! I love the dress you wore for the holiday. I'm so picky with sweater dresses, they have to be fitted and have the right details; this one is perfect! Thanks for sharing, beauty, and I hope you have a great week ahead!

PS: I love your new cut!

  34. We always go for a walk after Thanksgiving lunch to make room for Thanksgiving dinner later in the day. Haha. We always have to eat twice that day so it feels good to be active in between... and maybe squeeze in a little nap, too! ;o) And congrats on getting your holiday cards ready already! We just received ours in the mail so I'm going to start working on those later this week!

  53. This place looks familiar perhaps. This dreamy location meets real glam at the hands of the manager. It’s sophistication with a dash of bliss. At our visit to the Seattle venues there were several highlights.
