February Challenges

Happy Monday!!  First weekend of the month was a success!!

Dinner with great friends// 

A nice long walk in the neighborhood and a bright pop of color//

Celebrating a friends birthday// 

Open houses with dream closets//

It’s February and this being the shortest month of the year – it’s easier for me to attempt some challenges/goals! Not to mention, I am in my best friends wedding next month – lift, tone & burn for the wedding!!

There is a Pure Barre opening in my neighborhood and I signed up for the new client special. Classes start on Tuesday and I plan on taking as many as I can for the 5 week unlimited pass!

Goal of at least 3 classes per week


I also found thissquat challenge and think it will be perfect for February…take out a few of the rest days and 28 days will be no problem!! 

Days 1 & 2 were no joke!


Why all the additional goals on top of my usual workouts??? Well Gary decided to come home with these gems on Friday!

I’m really excited for this short work week – I’m headed to Florida for a quick trip on Thursday to see my family!! In desperate need of some Vitamin D!
