Tuesday Eats | Easy Chicken Parmesan

If you are looking for the easiest meals ever – look no further!! We sort of “discovered” this recipe about 3 months ago, thanks to my sister-in-law. I use the word “recipe” very loosely as the extent of cooking is heating things up!

With just three ingredients – we make this on nights when we’re going to be home a little later! I mean from scratch Chicken Parmesan is clearly better – but sometimes you just ain’t got time for that!

We use Perdue Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets– these can be found in the refrigerated section of your grocery store (close to eggs and milk). You can microwave them if you like, but I put them in the toaster oven for 15-18 minutes to get them warm and crispy.

While they are in the toaster oven – I heat up the sauce. You can use any sauce you like. At about three minutes left to go – I take the cutlets out and put slices of cheese on top – again any cheese you like will do – we tend to do provolone, cheddar or parmesan. Then put it back in the oven until the time runs out.

Take it out of the oven and pour your sauce over the cutlets! Then you’re done!!

Can I just ask how people photograph food so that it looks appealing?!

I like to serve a vegetable with it as well – usually steamed broccoli, baked asparagus or sauteed spinach.

Served with spanish rice this time around!

This is seriously one of the best meals we make and I can’t get enough ever!!

Do you have any go-to quick and easy meals you like to make?
