I’ve professed my love for Flywheel, but now it’s time to share my love for Fly Barre!! I took my one and only free class at the studio this Tuesday and I’m a total convert!!! It was high intensity and the hour flew by! I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but I’ll be on the lookout for someGilt City deals!! Or maybe someone read my wishlist and will get me a gift card 🙂

Charleston is just the best. Y'all are going to have so much fun! And Fly Wheel has a barre studio, too?! I never knew. It looks crazy – look at all the equipment! I feel you on the cost of these things… I stick with our health club (which offers all those classes, just not the same format/style) or I'd rack up an enormous bill on fitness!

Fly barre sounds so fun!! I finally tried barre for the first time this week…. holy cow. I'm such an old lady now, it isn't even funny! It was so hard for me to hold first and second position! Like, my body just doesn't turn out that way anymore, HA! I can't believe I did ballet for yearrrrrs growing up and had such a hard time with that! I blame birthing a child… it's gonna take awhile to train my body to turn out like that, HA!

I'm excited for your for your Charleston trip- we're leaning that way for our vacation in September! I'm not a fan of burrito bowls, but that one looks tasty.
