Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, friends! The temps have been all over the place here – a few of the days have been so cold that we didn’t even venture outside with Sophia! I am sharing the winner of my blog anniversary giveaway over on Instagram – so check that out! We’re going to start decorating this weekend since Hanukkah starts pretty early this year – I’m looking forward to an extra week of enjoying al the decor. It’s been a while since I shared a good old fashioned favorites post from the week!

I basically live in sweaters at the moment and the selection at Target has been amazing! The embellishment on the shoulder of this who what wear black sweatshirt is so pretty! If you’re looking for a super comfy turtleneck – this is the one!

I found this felt tree on Amazon for Sophia! This stays in her room and it comes with 30 or so removable felt items to stick all over the tree! She was so proud of her accomplishment!

Our Place had an early Black Friday sale for $50 off their “Always Pan” and after seeing it, what felt like everywhere, I scooped one up for us in the new blue color! It’s supposed to replace you fry pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, non-stick pan, spatula, and spoon rest. Can’t wait to get it!

It seems as if I have been making my way through old and new shows these last few months! I finished Brother’s & Sister’s which I loved – so happy there were 5 seasons! We’re on the final episode of Queens Gambit (Netflix) and I’ve been watching “Teacher” on Hulu but the episodes come out weekly – why?! I know that the Undoing on HBO Max is really good, but we want to wait for all the episodes to come out so we can binge – ha! Also, Dash & Lily is super cute on Netflix! What have you been watching?

I wanted to share two ways that I’ve been randomly saving money and getting rewards without even realizing it! The first is through the Digit app. I started using the app back in mid-October and have saved a little over $120 without even realizing it! I have a “rainy day” fund set up, more for a big purchase I want to make, but it’s nice to just have it autosaving without realizing it. You can read all about the settings, but basically it wont overdraft your account and you can always stop or cancel the transfers. The link gives you $5 when you start your auto-save.

The other app that I’ve been using is Fetch rewards. This is a receipt scanner app and you get points for sharing your receipts. They have a ton of retailers that you can exchange your points for rewards – Starbucks, Sephora, different restaurants – it’s pretty all encompassing! You can also set up your email receipts to be counted as well! Just another way to earn little treats for yourself!

Wishing you guys a very safe and happy weekend ahead!

How have I never seen that Always Pan? It looks awesome! I can’t believe all of the things it can do! And yes, definitely watch The Undoing! It’s so good but definitely annoying having to wait a week between episodes. Haha. We usually wait until a season is out in its entirety before watching and now I remember why… I’m dying having to wait so long to find out what’s going to happen!

That black one is a sweatshirt??? that’s adorable!
What a fun idea for that felt tree so she can decorate over & over again… so smart.
    Have a great weekend!!

Those sweaters are so cute. I was using Fetch regularly before the pandemic when I shopped in stores. I keep forgetting to sit down with it for my grocery deliveries. I really need to get on that. Love that felt tree, such a cool idea!

Tom is always on the look out for the perfect pan… so I’m going to be sending and sharing this with him. We finally got rid of our non-stick when the Teflon started flaking off and he’s been looking for a replacement ever since, lol. Happy blog-i-versary! (Planning to check out the email you sent me this weekend!)

It’s cool that holiday mood is coming around already, but I’m still so not ready to start putting all the decor around.
I love that little felt Christmas tree, it looks like so much fun for kids as well 🙂
