Currently | December Edition

It’s Christmas Week!! We are in the home stretch for 2020 and even though January 1 wont change anything, there is something to be said for a new year coming!!

Reading || Currently reading Elin Hildrenbrand’s Winter Street. It’s a total Christmas book, but not one of my favorites by her. I am almost done though!

Watching || Tiny Pretty Things on Netflix and it’s a little of Pretty Little Liars mixed with Center Stage. It’s dark with some questionable acting, but definitely keeps your attention. We also finished The Crown season 4 and I’ve been watching Big Sky and Teacher on Hulu.

Cooking || Oh man, I think we’ve all spent a ton of time in the kitchen this year – way more than ever before. We’ve have been doing Home Chef for the past 3 months for a little treat on the weekends and I love all the new recipes that we’re trying. It’ really all delicious!

Listening || I have been loving Audible! I get to finish two books at once! It’s harder to find the time to listen to books, but Lies She Told is my current book and it’s really good! It’s basically two books in one about an author and her character.

Purchasing || Of course all the Christmas gifts, but I did treat myself to a couple things as well. I have wanted this Polene bag for a few months and I love the unique shape / design. I also purchased a new card wallet – I’m obsessed with the color! Next year I’ll get to wear everything I’ve bought this year, ha!

Enjoying || We had a pretty decent snow storm last week and finally got to enjoy it over the weekend!! Sophia is just learning how to make snow angels which is so fun! also, best purchase was her snowsuit and winter jacket from Target.

Wishing you all a wonderful holiday week!

I was really into PLL so I will have to check out Tiny Pretty Things. Love Sophia’s snowsuit. She looks so cute in the snow! I hope we get a snow day sometime this winter here. It is a rare thing but this year would be perfect for it! I read the whole Winter series from Hilderband last year. I liked some books in it better than others.

I haven’t had a lot of time to read since the pandemic started but I have Lies She Told on my list. I am hoping I will get to it soon but I am not holding my breath especially since with virus surging again. No end in sight for remote learning! Ha! I love that YSL card holder. Very classy and love the color! I can’t wait to see your new bag. I was just on Purse Blog yesterday reading about the Polene Mini Backpacks – can I say obsessed?! I hope your week is going well so far and wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas!
