Happy Wednesday & Happy September!! It’s officially baby month and nesting mode is in full effect! I woke up on Monday and basically hightailed it to get all the clothes clean, bottles washed / sterilized and making lists of everything I still need! Anyway, I had so many purchases in August that I’m actually splitting it into two posts – one for non-baby related things and the other is all things baby – mind you this is just for the month of August! Let’s get right into all the Amazon things!
Heatless Hair Curlers || Probably one of my favorite purchases from Amazon in a while, but this heatless hair curling set is a game changer!! You use it on damp hair and after 4 hours or if you’re like me and you sleep with it in, you take your hair down and you are left with the best bouncy curls!! I’m honestly obsessed and it’s been one of my most purchased products from Instagram over the last month!
Frozen Sheet Set || I mentioned that we moved Sophia to her big girl bed pretty quickly when she said she was ready, so I had to get sheets and everything super fast! Of course she chose the Frozen sheets and I have to say for a 5 piece set it’s really good quality. I do think a top sheet is just unnecessary – but it did come with it! I also bought this bumper to put on one side of her bed. I will say that it easily shifts around so if you have a pretty agressive sleeper, this might not be the best bumper!
Disposable Party Set || This 240 piece set was perfect for Sophia’s birthday and we ended up using some of the leftover supplies throughout the month as needed to save time on doing dishes!
Soap Dispensers || The set I got was amber because I didn’t want to see the color of the dish and hand soaps, but otherwise I love this set for the kitchen! The stickers come separately so you put them on yourself and I actually had to message the seller because mine didn’t come with the tray like the description said, so hoping they resolve that soon, but I do love the sleek and cohesive look.
Forehead Thermometer || Tis the season and with everything going around I wanted to have another thermometer that was easily readable. Fast and easy temp readings and you get the green, yellow or red lights to indicate the temp.
Gold Pearl Hoops || I am utterly in love with these darling little hoops! They are super lightweight, but look really high end. Can’t beat the under $15 price either!
Continuous Spray Mister || I got this for nights when I didn’t wash my hair, but wanted to use the heatless curls so it dampens my hair perfectly. I also use this on Sophia when I’m doing her hair in the morning and need to get it slicked back.
Disposable Face Masks || I have these in black and gray and they are my favorite. I really stopped wearing the cloth ones and prefer to have these disposable ones. After about 2-3 uses I throw them out. I also ordered these toddler disposable ones for Sophia and they have the cutest unicorn design on them. They fit her face nicely and not much wiggle room around the ears – so I don’t have to tie them to make it tighter.
Frozen Book Library || Not much to say other than we love little golden books and this 5 book Frozen set is adorable.
Fashion Stacking Ring || There are a few different style bands from this particular listing, but I really liked the look of the one ring with faux diamonds around. I wear it daily and it hasn’t turned my finger green like some fake rings can do. The listing says it’s titanium so perhaps that’s why.
Lightweight Robe || Technically I bought this for postpartum because I lived in a robe while home with Sophia. I realized I didn’t have a robe at all, so this was a double needed purchase! I’m not a fan of heavy robes that you get at hotels – I like them to be light and airy which is the description of this one to a T!

I’m so down for all of this goodness! I’ve got my Amazon post ready to go for next Tuesday and I have a feeling I’m going to see those Amazon trucks a lot, LOL! I hate that I had to buy more masks.
I think that’s the exact same thermometer that we have and it’s awesome! Instant results and you don’t even have to touch anyone’s head!
I need a new thermometer. Those spray bottles are the best. I want to try the heatless curlers!

I dont know why – I cant breath as well through the disposable ones. Though we did order some KN-95 disposables after the major spikes.
I’ve heard good things about that heatless hair curl set! I used to do heatless curls with the friar tuck method but my hair is a bit long for that now – I should look into something like this! 🙂

Sophia’s bedding are so cute – I love Frozen! I don’t curl my hair as often because I am always afraid of damaging my already fragile hair. Love these heartless curlers that you found. It’s definitely something I need to try. As for shopping this month for me, I have been mainly buying for my son. There seems to be tons of cute little sweaters that have caught my eye so obsessed with those as of late! I hope you and your family are doing well. Happy long weekend!
