Amazon Purchases – October Edition

Happy Wednesday, friends! I didn’t think I ordered that much this past month and then I went and looked through and apparently I did make quite a dent! Here’s everything I bought!

Melissa & Doug Make Your Own Kits || I ordered three of these for our trip to Florida so I could gift the SAME gift to three girlies and they wouldn’t be upset needing to share! This was great and also a great activity to have on the plane.

Remote Control Car || My friends’ son is obsessed with cars so I knew this was perfect to gift him when I saw them in Florida! He hasn’t stopped playing with it and I guarantee this would be an awesome holiday gift!

Wireless / Bluetooth Mouse || Pretty self explanatory, but my previous mouse gave out and I ordered it again because I really do think it’s great for the price. Comes in a few colors too!

Belt Bag || At this point, I’m sure everyone is tired of me talking about this belt bag, but I think it’s so chic and really the perfect little bag. I used it while traveling and it’s a nice little dress up for every day errands! I can fit my phone, card wallet, lipgloss and keys which is really all I need.

Rainbow Scratch Paper || Ordered these for the plane and also to have on hand for rainy / cold days! I have fun doing these with Sophia too!

WikkiStix || Another activity for the plane. While it was great for the plane, I did feel like this was a one time use sort of thing at least the way Sophia played with it – ha! Definitely won’t be reordering!

I ordered a few pieces of loungewear / athleisure and have worn them non-stop over the last few weeks.

Cotton Joggers || Popover Sweatshirt || Mockneck Sweater

Milk Frother || I have started making more coffee at home again and wanted to get a handheld frother instead of the bulky one that I’ve had for a while. It’s super easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Speaking of coffee, ordered my favorite capsules from Nespresso.

Cast iron skillet || I have been wanting a cast iron skillet for years and finally bought one during the prime day sale! This is heavy duty and is just as good as the other more expensive ones for under $20!

First step toothbrush || I totally spaced and forgot that we needed to be brushing Mason’s two little teeth and gums now! Whoops! Ordered these and they are adorable and something he can easily grab but not choke on!

Hungry Hippos Unicorn Edition || We really don’t have a ton of board games that we can play with Sophia now that she is a little older. I thought this was a great one to get started with, but we have to work on her “losing” and not always winning – ha!

Holiday Barbie || We are doing something a little different with all the candy this year and have decided to let Sophia keep a few pieces of candy and the rest she is going to give to the “Switch Witch.” Basically she got to pick out one gift that the switch witch will leave for her over Halloween night instead of keeping all her candy. A few friends of mine are doing this and I thought it was better than having her eat all the candy even if it was over a period of time.

What was your best Amazon purchase from this last month?

Ohhhh I love the idea of Switch Witch! I definitely don’t want that candy sitting around here. That Hungry Hippos game is so much cuter than the original. Some games that Zoe has really enjoyed are Zingo, Mini Brands Market Dash, Uno Junior (can match animals and colors…and helps with number recognition), Guess Who (helps pay attention to details), Monopoly Junior and Sorry. I have added a few games to her Christmas list this year. We love playing as a family! Game nights are definitely in the future with cooler weather.

I’m always fascinated by the random things people buy off Amazon! I just got a new sweater dress from Amazon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfiness. It only had 12 reviews, so I felt like I found a hidden gem, haha!

I love the first step toothbrush, thanks for sharing! I just added it to my Amazon cart, my son is 8 months and just now starting to cut his first tooth.
